Holly is well known for her graphic prints and bold aesthetics, and this collection is no different. Inspired by sixties cuts (shift dresses & pencil skirts…) and patterns (such as floral motifs), glasshouses with references of 'exotic palms and creatures flourishing in the damp humidity', (I liked the moths/butterflies patterned trousers - looks nicer than it sounds, honest!) all combined with jewelled necklaces and Christian Louboutin killer heels, this season’s Holly Fulton woman is ‘channeling a little bit of Lady Chatterley’. Think French beatnik-brunette, defined cheekbones, and come-to-bed eyes all while maintaining a high level of sophistication.
From a furious fuscia pink to turquoise tones mixed with black for dramatic effect, Holly focused on a reduced colour palette as she was exploring “the depths that can be achieved by utilising multiple tones of a single colour.” Simple yet effective. Fan.
Unfortunately, my camera made the models look like ghosts so I don't have any better images... for example...
